Faris Khalifeh

PCC, BBA

Few words that describe him: connector, feminist, minimalist, conscious parent, introvert.

Before becoming a coach, he was successful in the corporate world and served clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. He loves accessing his creativity and intuition, problem-solving, leading teams and building strategies. Honouring his desire for deeper fulfillment, He made the decision to leave the corporate world in 2013 and embark on a voyage of selfdiscovery. This discovery gave him the confidence to pursue his coaching certification and change careers.

After achieving his Coach Designation and Wellness Counsellor badge, He began a unique niche of working with introverts. Self proclaimed a Quiet Leadership Coach, he helps introverts understand themselves better, embrace who they are, and capitalize on their natural traits in life, work, and business.

Additionally, he teaches business, leadership and personal development courses at various colleges, runs multiple mastermind groups, leadership roundtables and facilitates corporate training and seminars. He is a former Board of Directors of the Vancouver International Coach Federation (ICF).

Faris is also the founder of the Vancouver Quiet Leadership community and Meetup group where he hosts events to support introverts and bridge the gap between introverts and extroverts. He has been the Keynote Speaker at several events such as Startup Vancouver, WIT Regatta, Up Conference, UniverCITZy Conference, Whole Human Summit, and Career Branding Summit
